Guide to International Delivery 

Please always check that you gave us the exact correct address details when placing your order, as even a tiny error can result in delivery delays. Deliveries are shipped from China, and delivery times will vary depending on your chosen shipping method and the destination of your order. 

For international orders, we are not responsible for any charges, taxes, fees, or delays imposed on you by your Country’s Customs Department.

Free Shipping via China Registered Post or E-packet (Packages can be tracked and traced)

For all orders that offer free shipping, we use China Registered Post. It’s a really easy and affordable shipping option for international small parcels. 
If the shipping address is Taiwan and Hong Kong, we use SF Express.

These shipping time guidelines below are based on estimates starting from the date your order was collected for delivery by China Registered Post. 

– Hong Kong / Taiwan: 3 to 5 business days.

– Rest of Asia: 7 to 12 business days.

– France: 5 to 10 business days.

– Germany: 5 to 12 business days.

– United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days.

– Rest of Western Europe: 5 to 15 business days.

– Canada: 5 to 15 business days.

– United States: 7 to 15 business days.

– Brazil:20 to 30 business days. 

– Mexico / South America, Africa: 30 to 60 business days.

– Rest of the World: 10 to 30 business days.

Guaranteed service with tracing numbers such as EMS, DHL, TNT, or FedEx are available if you choose “Expedited International Shipping”
Estimated delivery time varies by destination, Expedited International Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days(excluding holidays and weekends), or longer for certain countries. It depends on the cleared payment and your local post office process. Please tracing the order via your local post office by the tracing number.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment (excluding holidays and weekends). If this is your first deal with us or buying for an item which needs international shipping, we suggest you review our shipping terms in descriptions. International shipping usually takes longer time than domestic, since it’s based on shipping service provider and both countries Customs.

Please note that local postal services and customs agencies may delay the delivery of order up to 21 business days after it’s been shipped. If you haven’t received your parcel within this timeframe, please contact us at Kaleken@hotmail.com 

Parcel delays are more likely to occur or be extended in the lead up to festive seasons and key sales periods. If nobody is home to take delivery of your package, local postal guidelines will apply. 

If your package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, undeliverable, rejected, or refused, then we will refund you for the order minus the original shipping fee.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the China warehouse, please contact us for the return address.  Kaleken@hotmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please prepay customs duties(DDP), We will not pay import duties on returned items. If you fail to do so, we will be unable to accept any charges incurred and your parcel might be returned to you. 
Non-returnable items:
– Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not
due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
